﴾ 69 ﴿ءَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنزِلُونَ

Is it you who cause it to come down from the clouds - or are We the cause of its coming down?
