﴾ 71 ﴿إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ
English Translation (Muhammad Asad)
when they shall have to carry the shackles and chains [of their own making] around their necks,
