﴾ 12 ﴿وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ

for, none gives the lie to it but such as are wont to transgress against all that is [and are] immersed in sin:
